Six rooms in a ship-owner’s house above the harbour. A sundial on the facade that has run ten minutes fast since 1811, and a kitchen that cooks what the boats brought.

Four tables and one cook. Breakfast on the terrace when the weather allows, then whatever the boats and the market gave us that morning.
